At this time, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless your items have been damaged, lost, or stolen. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Â

If you have received a damaged or defective item, or your product was lost or stolen, and you purchased package insurance, please contact the package insurance provider, Route, to file a claim here. If you did not purchase package insurance, and the above applies to you, please send an email to claims@cre8tuitiveshop.com, within 14 days of receiving the product with a photo of the damage or defect, your order number, and a police report if your item was stolen.

We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue. Claims sent outside of the 14 day window will only be accepted under extenuating circumstances. Worn items will not be acceptable at all.
