Package Insurance

We offer package insurance through Route to cover damages, defects, and lost or stolen goods. If you opt out of this protection at checkout, contact support@cre8tuitiveshop.com for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if your product is lost or stolen and you purchased package insurance, please contact Route to file a claim. If you didn’t purchase package insurance and the above applies to you, email returns@cre8tuitiveshop.com within 14 days of receiving the product with relevant details. We’ll review your claim and work towards a resolution. Worn items are not eligible for returns.

Shirt Smells Like Vinegar

This is normal. Simply wash your item before wearing it. If your item is damaged after the first wash but before wearing it for the first time, contact us at support@cre8tuitiveshop.com.
