Shipping typically takes between 7-10 business days. However, unforeseen delays due to inclement weather or other circumstances may extend this period. In such cases, we’ll notify customers via our website or email.

Returns

All sales are final, and we currently do not accept returns or offer exchanges.

Order Tracking

After your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive this email, contact us at support@cre8tuitiveshop.com with your order number.

Package Insurance

We offer package insurance through Route to cover items damaged in transit and/or, lost or stolen goods.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if your product is lost or stolen and you purchased package insurance, please contact Route to file a claim. If you didn’t purchase package insurance and the above applies to you, email claims@cre8tuitiveshop.com within 14 days of receiving the product with relevant details, {i.e., Order Number, Pictures of the Product, a Police report for stolen items, and your contact information}. We’ll review your claim and work towards a resolution promptly. 

Shirt Smells Like Vinegar

This is normal. Simply wash your item before wearing it. If your item is damaged after the first wash but before wearing it for the first time, contact us at claims@cre8tuitiveshop.com. Note: you will need to contact us within 14 days after your item(s) have been delivered.
